INVITATION FOR BID
Sealed bids will be received at the City of Indian Rocks Beach, City Hall, 1507 Bay Palm Boulevard, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, 33785, in Pinellas County, until 2:00 P.M., E.S.T. February 17, 2023 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, for CITY OF INDIAN ROCKS BEACH – PROPOSAL FOR WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES – 2023-2.
Electronic Bidding Documents may be obtained from Dan Carpenter, Finance Director, via email request to dcarpenter@irbcity.com. Last day to request information is February 2, 2023 at 2:00 P.M., E.S.T. Sealed bids must be submitted on bid forms as provided marked CITY OF INDIAN ROCKS BEACH – PROPOSAL FOR WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES – 2023-2
Bids may be withdrawn prior to the date of opening. If, within twenty-four (24) hours after Proposals are opened, any Offeror files a duly signed, written notice with CITY and within five (5) calendar days thereafter demonstrates to the reasonable satisfaction of CITY by clear and convincing evidence there was a material and substantial mistake in the preparation of its Proposal, or that the mistake is clearly evident on the face of the Proposal but the intended correct Proposal is not similarly evident, then Offeror may withdraw its Proposal and the Bid Security will be returned. Thereafter, the Offeror will be disqualified from further bidding on the subject Contract.
Bids must conform to the specifications and instruction to Bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technical defects, and to accept any bid which the bidding authority believes to be in the best interest of the City. This request for bids and all bids submitted are subject to the City Ordinances.
Non-conformance with these instructions is grounds for rejection of bid. Late bids will be rejected.
