New IRB Resident Parking Decals Available
Beginning March 31, 2025, the black 2023/2024 IRB resident parking decals will be invalid.
Property owners/residents can stop by City Hall, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to obtain their new decal(s). The new decals are valid until January 2027. City Hall is temporarily located in the mobile units adjacent to the library. A maximum of two (2) decals can be obtained per property. The parking decals are non-transferable and must be permanently affixed to the rear of the vehicle.
