Indian Rocks Beach residents are allowed only one (1) garage sale per calendar year for a period not to exceed 2 days, and for operation only during daylight hours, in accordance with the Indian Rocks Beach Code of Ordinances 110-711.
This permit allows the bearer to hold a garage sale on this day(s) listed above only. The bearer agrees to present this permit upon request by any authorized city official or sheriff’s deputy.
By signing this permit, the bearer realizes that he/she may not request another garage sale permit for the balance of the calendar year.

There are two (2) citywide garage sales each year (currently scheduled for April and November for which permits are not required.

Garage sale signs are not permitted on Gulf Boulevard.
