Comfort Station, Storm Debris, & City Hall Operations

A comfort station is scheduled to arrive on Monday, October 14, 2024, and will be set up at Kolb Park across from City Hall. The comfort station will include the following:

  • Washer/dryers
  • Restrooms
  • Showers
  • Cooling Tent
  • Charging Station

Scheduled to arrive on Tuesday are approximately thirty-eight (38) additional trucks to enhance debris removal.

Indian Rocks Beach City Hall will remain closed to the public on Monday, October 14, 2024, to allow employees the ability to respond to the impacts from Hurricane Milton. City employees will be working to re-establish computer access and phone communications. In order to better serve the community, the City of IRB is setting up three (3) portable trailers on the side parking lot of City Hall. Emails and phone calls will be returned as soon as the staff is able to do so. The temporary City Hall will open to the public at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Our hours will be 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

We realize that this is a trying time for everyone, and we ask that you remain patient with us as we try our best to return IRB to the beautiful community that we all know and love.
