City of Indian Rocks Beach Offers Guidance to obtain Pre-Approval for Improvements That DO NOT Exceed 50% of Structure Value for Residents That Have NOT Received a SD/NSD Letter
Applicants can choose not to wait for the SD Estimator modeling/determination letter and proceed with a detailed SD review and determination. Subject to the determination, a permit may be able to proceed under Substantial Improvements processes if the home was determined to NOT be substantially damaged.
