The City of Indian Rocks Beach is seeking proposals for contracted Code Enforcement Appeals Special Magistrate Services. It is the intent of the City to promote, protect and improve the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens by appointing one or more Code Enforcement Appeals Special Magistrates with the authority to affirm or reverse code enforcement citations and fines resulting from enforcement action taken by the City’s code enforcement officers, so as to provide an effective and efficient means of providing required legal review of the City’s code enforcement efforts.
