Effective New Year's Eve 2019, enhanced enforcement of the state's and IRB's fireworks laws will begin.
Anything that explodes or leaves the ground is ILLEGAL! Fireworks use can land you a $500 fine.
Sparklers, fountains, snakes & works are legal.
